Mike, co‑founder of Fragrant Harbour Logistics, brings substantial experience in moving and logistics, supporting clients from both Hong Kong and the UK. Fluent in Cantonese and English, he ensures smooth communication throughout the moving process—from customs clearance and scheduling to handling valuables and delicate items. Jeff plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and organised logistics. With a strong background in operations management, he handles import/export logistics, assists the delivery team, and coordinates daily operations. Oscar is a proactive and attentive removals operative on the Cantonese‑speaking team. Prior to joining Fragrant Harbour Logistics, Sylvia spent over thirty years in the UK education sector and served as headteacher at several secondary schools. Having retired, she now brings her leadership and organisational expertise to support joint StoreMe and Fragrant Harbour projects. Understanding the cultural adjustments Hong Kong families face when moving to the UK, she is committed to helping them settle confidently into their new lives.

Gary is known for being dependable, hard‑working and positive. With strong physical endurance and a practical approach, he specialises in packing, moving and handling items safely to ensure every relocation is completed properly. As a former fireman, he brings discipline, teamwork and composure under pressure to every move. He enjoys sports, which help maintain his fitness and energy.
